Reports circulated on social media that a user named "nadir_shamss" was burning waste at the Ohangaron landfill, resulting in air pollution.

SUE "Maxsustrans" announces the following regarding this announcement. No cases of waste incineration were recorded at the new landfill in the Akhangaran district. The landfill operates in accordance with established environmental standards and requirements. Also, the waste from the old landfill located adjacent to the new landfill was covered with soil and reclaimed in the prescribed manner.
