Safety requirements for plant protection products are being determined

On November 7, 2022, the next meeting of the faction of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan in the Legislative Chamber of the Supreme Majlis was held. The meeting also discussed the draft law "On Plant Protection". The draft law envisages state management and control in the field of plant protection, safety requirements for plant protection products, regulation of issues related to storage, use, neutralization, disposal, disposal, transportation and burial of chemicals, biological agents and materials.  I. Sagdullaev, adviser to the head of the board of "Makhsustrans", also participated in the meeting and expressed his suggestions and comments on the draft law.
